Refund policy
RETURNING, REFUNDING + EXCHANGING
Due to the nature of some of the products sold a refund will not be offered for change of mind. Any opened products will also not be eligible for refunds or exchanges due to health and safety policies.
All items can be returned and refunded if they are returned within 14 days from the date you receive your parcel.
To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It will also need to be in the original packaging.
To be able to return your product, you must provide proof of purchase, such as confirmation email, order number, and a picture of the delivered product.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products unless faulty or damaged in transit.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
REPLACEMENT PROCESS
If your products are faulty, broken or damaged in transit please email hello@meeshtansandbrows.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear images or video of the products you received as well as the packaging it arrived in.

You will be notified once your request has been received and if approved the refund will be returned to you via the same payment method.
