All orders placed before 12pm AEST will be sent out the same day. Unless it has been otherwise stated.

Returns
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your product due to damage or faulty goods the item may be returned and refunded if returned within 14 days of the date you receive your parcel. You must notify us of any issues as soon as possible once you receive the goods. Due to the nature of some products the item must be in an unused and unopened condition and in all its original packaging.
Proof of purchase will also need to be provided such as a order number or confirmation email. Its a good idea to take photos of any damaged good to support your returns claim.
Once an item is opened or has been used unless it is proven faulty or has been damaged in transit it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
The return shipping costs will become the responsibility of the customer and a tracking postage service is suggested when returning any items.
